Who we are

Cloudvora is an AWS Select Tier Services Partner providing cloud migration, managed services, cost optimization, security and generative AI solutions. This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through cloudvora.io and during our engagements.

What we collect

Information you give us: your name, work email, company, phone number and anything else you include when you submit our contact form, book a call or email us directly.

Information we collect automatically: standard server logs and privacy-respecting analytics such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, and referring site. We use this to understand which content is useful, not to build advertising profiles.

Client environment data: during an engagement we may access infrastructure, configuration and operational data in your AWS accounts. That access is governed by the agreement we sign with you, not by this policy.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry and scope potential work, to deliver and support the services you engage us for, to send operational updates about work in progress, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of processors to run our business, including Amazon Web Services for hosting, an email provider for correspondence, and a form delivery service for messages sent from this site. Each is bound by contract to process data only on our instructions.

We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become engagements are kept for up to 24 months so we can pick up the conversation if you return. Records relating to signed engagements are retained for as long as required by our contractual, tax and accounting obligations.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict how we process it. You can also withdraw consent to be contacted at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, email us and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep the site working and to measure aggregate traffic. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can block cookies in your browser without losing access to any part of this site.

Security

We apply the same practices we recommend to clients: least-privilege access, multi-factor authentication on every account, encryption in transit and at rest, and logging of administrative activity. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your data the way we treat production.
